This is the last time, I swear...

The last time I blog this week, and the last time I allow myself to get this far behind in studying!

I'm making a NEW new year's resolution (a Chinese New Year's resolution?) -- I am going to pre-read before every lecture and recopy my notes NO MORE THAN A WEEK AFTER THE LECTURE. Sooner, if I happen to miss the lecture.

If I can only make it through Friday successfully, I swear I will turn over a new leaf.

On the bright side, I have these great new pens that make my studying more enjoyable (pathetic, I know, but I have to bribe myself to work). They're the Pilot G2 gel pen, and they're great because they're gel ink and retractable. The ink is bright and smooth, and they come in many colors, in both fine and extra fine points. I've gone through two fine-point ones already in the last few weeks, and I'm about halfway through an extra-fine point one in the last three days. Yesterday I ordered a pack of multi-colored ones (I've only been using blue so far) and refills online (I spent $50 at Staples.com to get the free shipping, but it wasn't hard, with $30 in pens (I know, crazy!!!) and $20 in printer paper), and they should arrive tomorrow, so I will be ink-full for the entire week. Colors make me happy enough to kick myself into studying gear. Honestly, I think I need a new career path.
